Quiet Day

Following a recent Quiet Day held at The Vicarage at Charlecote and led   by Revd. Rachel Saum,  a further two days have been arranged for 29th September and 8th December. The theme will be “Growing Deeper”.   Both sessions will be held at the Vicarage and begin at 10am with coffee, finishing at 3.30pm   A light lunch will be provided and the day will cost £20.  Places will be limited, so do sign the list in the Welcome Area if you wish to come or let the parish office know.

“In an increasingly busy and noisy world, we often forget the importance of finding stillness and peace during our daily lives.  We do not get the opportunity to stop,  be still and quiet and spend some time with ourselves  and with God.  It is in this stillness that we become conscious of God’s love and his action in our lives. These Quiet Days offers people the space and opportunity to find this peace and time for reflection  away from the distractions and worries  of the outside world.”
